For the next 99 days I will be doing 3 things,
One thing that activates my body: running, yoga, dancing, walking, meditation. Something that puts my physical well being in focus.
One thing that activated my mind: a TEDMED video, a book, drawing on my ipad, constructing prototypes and designs, writing on my book, posting for SciPhi Lab. Anything that makes me tad bit smarter.
One thing that can make someone else happy: something beyond my civic duties. E.g. helping a fundraiser, telling someone something positive about them, helping someone out with a skill set I have.
Let's try this for 99 day. And we'll see how it goes!
